Our KS Search Group customer is going through an exciting and transformative period as a global leader and pioneering provider of sustainable Generic and Biosimilar medicines.
As the Associate Director, you will manage the calculation of one or more of the following: average manufacture price (AMP), best price (BP), average sales price (ASP) non-federal average manufacturer price (NFAMP) and federal ceiling price (FCP). They will complete other state program and supplemental program filings within the allotted time; maintains SOPS, SOX documentation and price calculation methodologies; responsible for review and maintenance of key master data utilized within all government pricing calculations; identifies and resolves compliance issues, questions, or pricing requests received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.; ensures calculation compliance and coordinate process of existing and new data from business systems for inclusion into price calculations. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to review commercial and business licensing contracts and amendments to assess government pricing requirements and implications; works on government pricing related projects; reviews BDL proposed deals and provides insights related to government pricing, operations and proposed language that enhances compliance and profitability; drives proactive and reactive analytics and insights to the business that helps improve forecasting, contracting decisions, pricing decisions and timing, business planning. Additionally, they will provide input and analysis on proposed and new government regulations; and helps lead 1-2 manager/analysts through special projects and customer operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Statistics, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or a related position. Must have experience with the following:
• Government pricing; and
• Working within government regulations pertaining to Federal and State program.
